Our feelings
At 1:00pm all of our staff boarded the school bus heading to wide and narrow alley (Chinese pinyin kuanzaixiangzi).
we love history very much thus we felt extremely excited on the way to wide and narrow alley one of the most famous cultural relics in chengdu.
In fact along wide and narrow alley there are many old-style buildings which are however newly built.
They have old-style shape, color etc. But inside them are modern shops selling souvenirs for tourists and cafes selling drinks and food. We even saw a starbucks café out there. It’s really a place where history and modern items are combined together. Many of our friends shopped crazily for typical Chinese item (basically some Chinese fans and T-shirts with some panda patterns printed on it).
The guys are totally crazy about shopping that our schedule was totally broken. We are entirely one hour late according to the planned time table. But once the we are happy it will be ok because to us that is the only thing that matters at the time.
When we got TIANFU Square , we can saw a special signed squre. There are many beautiful flowers, green trees which make us comfultable. And it is very convenient to transport to other palaces of Chengdu . we can also shop in the supermarket near the square .
